• Rates quoted above are valid for stay till 31^st Dec 2022.  New rates will be applied should any extension required.
• In line with the recent announcement by the Ministry of Tourism, the Tourism Tax of MYR 10.00 nett per room per night will be exempted effective 1^st July 2020 till 31^st December 2022. (not included in the above rates)
• Daily takeaway breakfast up to one (1) registered guest for the 1 Bedroom Deluxe and for the 2 Bedroom Premier breakfast is provided for two (2) persons. Subsequently an additional breakfasts required for either one of the room type, it is chargeable as below.  
  
  • MYR22.26 nett per person per night for adult
  • MYR15.90 nett per person per night for child (below 12 years old)

Rent includes :

• Use of air-conditioning, water and electricity
• Daily housekeeping services
• Complimentary use of fitness centre, swimming pool, Jacuzzi, steam and sauna rooms
• Complimentary set of bathroom amenities (upon arrival only)
• Complimentary wireless internet access

Rent excludes : 

• Telephone charges
• Laundry charges
• Parking is chargeable at RM 10 nett per entry per day
• Other miscellaneous charges

Cancellation & Pre-Termination Policy: 

• Incidental Deposit: RM200 (Refundable) per apartment as miscellaneous deposit is required upon check in
• Cancellation Policy: 24 hours’ notice otherwise, 1 night rental fee for cancellation
• Pre-Termination Policy: 1 week prior to check-out date, otherwise 1 night rental fee for termination
